Incredible lake views and a serene atmosphere.
I expressed concerns about my room being unavailable. instead, the staff offered a subpar alternative that felt unsafe. It was frustrating to have to insist on a lakefront room. Also, the laundromat service was abysmal—my clothes came back damp and unclean after a lengthy wait.

Wicked good views of the lake right from our room! The hammock was a nice touch, perfect for lounging all day. Location was solid, away from the hustle but close enough to grab a bite. The room was comfy, just felt a lil basic. Hot water was awesome to have though!

Arriving at villa del lago, I wasn't even greeted, just asked to pay right away, how charming. The bathroom could use a deep clean, with mold all over. Also, the service was shockingly inadequate—I thought as a special guest, I’d at least get a complimentary room upgrade or something. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
